Government institutions shall take the lead in organizing nation-building activities for the 500th anniversary of the Victory at Mactan, such as cleanup drives, Brigada Eskwela campaigns, medical-dental-optical services, tree planting, job fairs, diskwento caravans, and other socio-civic initiatives. This will commence immediately after the simultaneous flag-raising ceremonies across the country.
